This Privacy Policy explains how personal information is collected, used, shared, and protected when you visit mayteferrer.com (the “Site), use forms or contact tools on the Site, or interact with content that links to the Site from social platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, or YouTube.

1. Information we collect

Information you provide. When you submit a form, send an email, call, text, or otherwise contact us through the Site, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, mailing address, message content, property interests, budget or timeline notes you choose to share, and any other details you enter.

Information collected automatically. When you visit the Site, our hosting provider and tools on the Site may receive technical data such as IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, referring URL, pages viewed, dates and times of visits, and approximate location derived from IP address.

Cookies and similar technologies. The Site may use cookies, pixels, and similar tools to operate pages, remember preferences, measure traffic, and (if enabled) support advertising or analytics. You can control cookies through your browser settings. Blocking some cookies may affect Site features.

Embedded and third-party content. Embedded players, maps, chat widgets, or social embeds may collect information under that third party’s own privacy policy.

Social media and advertising tools. If we use platform tools (for example TikTok Pixel, Meta Pixel, Google Analytics, or similar) on the Site or on landing pages linked from TikTok or other social apps, those tools may collect device identifiers, pages viewed, events (such as form submits), and related technical data. • Send marketing about real estate services when you have consented as described on a form (including phone, text, or email, which may use automated technology where disclosed)

• Measure marketing and content performance, including traffic from TikTok and other social platforms
• Comply with law, broker requirements, and professional recordkeeping

Consent to marketing is not required to buy any product or service. You may opt out of texts by replying STOP, and of emails by using the unsubscribe link, as forms describe. Message and data rates may apply.

3. How we share information

We do not sell personal information submitted through Site forms for money.

We may share information with:

• Compass Florida, LLC and related brokerage personnel, when needed to respond to a real estate request or complete a transaction
• Service providers that host the Site, process forms, send email or SMS, provide analytics or advertising measurement, or provide security (only as needed to perform those services)
• Platforms such as TikTok, Meta, Google, or similar, when their tools are used on the Site or when you interact with our content on those platforms
• Professional advisors (legal, accounting) or authorities when required by law, court order, or to protect rights and safety

We do not control how third-party platforms use data they collect under their own policies.

4. “Sale,” sharing, and targeted advertising (U.S. state privacy laws)

Some state laws define sale” or sharing of personal information broadly to include certain advertising or analytics disclosures. We do not sell form submissions for money. If we use advertising or analytics pixels that share identifiers with partners for cross-context behavioral advertising, residents of certain states may have the right to opt out of that sale/sharing or targeted advertising.

How to opt out: Email mayte.ferrer@compass.com with the subject line “Privacy Opt-Out” and state your request. You may also use browser Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals where we honor them, and platform ad settings (including TikTok’s in-app privacy/ad settings).

5. Retention

We keep inquiry and client-related information as long as needed to respond, maintain ordinary business and brokerage records, and meet legal obligations. Server and security logs are typically kept for a shorter period. When information is no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it when reasonably practicable.

6. Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you from the Site
• Request correction of inaccurate information
• Request deletion (subject to legal or brokerage record exceptions)
• Opt out of marketing communications
• Opt out of sale/sharing or targeted advertising as described above
• Appeal a denied request where state law provides an appeal
